The wonderful World of Ideas is a vast quantum field from which people become aware of ideas with that familiar exclamation: "That's it, it dawned on me," whether it be a solution to a problem or something new that you haven't thought of or done before.

Every idea needs a plan to be realized; for example, when you go on vacation, you plan WHERE, HOW, HOW MUCH time and money, etc. 

​Ideas can appear as flashes of inspiration or take on a more permanent form as a project. Shorter projects from everyday and routine activities are usually not written down, except of course for reminders, e.g., on the phone, on a board, on a piece of paper, etc. For more demanding projects that are longer-term or business projects, however, it is necessary to draw up a plan in order to achieve the set goals. Each such plan also includes an idea of the resources needed to carry out the project.

Financial resources are one of the necessary project resources that can be obtained in various ways: through own funds, bank loans, donations, or by applying for various European or national tenders.
